Starting a band

If you can start a band, what kind of instrument do you want to play and why?

Guitar and mandolin.

Flute or Baritone Saxophone. I would like to play these in a band, because I love the sound they make, especially in a Jazz setting.

Acoustic guitar, I love the sound and the vibe of it.

Mandolin is used in the songs of Kings of Leon and also by Matchbox 20 I believe. And ofcourse R.E.M., so it might work.

i would play a piano because i am getting good and playing songs on it

probably the drums so people wouldnt think that im actually a mad person

Actually, I will stop with this forum, because people always like to use it to get into discussions and confuse opinions with belittling people. Had to delete an post again. Internet has already caused me a burn-out. Blah.

i also like the Resonator gitaar, though i dont like the sound of it.

My contribution would be the electric guitar for an unapologetic Gibson/Marshall sound.

Im actually in a special needs orchestra (in dutch often reffered as 'jostiband') where i play keyboard

I just randomly (decided when drunk) started the sousaphone only had 30 mins lessons so far but it's something xD

I can play synthesizer, keyboard, bass guitar, tongue drum, hand pan, djembe and doumbek.

I can play guitar and bass guitar. I have actually played in a band before with some friends from school. Nothing much but if I'd play in a band again, it would be guitar or bass.
