i sometimes have the same problem, but thats mostly just a fact of trying again; i sometimeswhen i open a topc i get error 404

i just tryd: i still got access to her profile. Probably she accidently set something on her profile settings; probably she accidently blocked you, then you dont get anymore accessto her profile.
