new language for PenPal-Gate Alles en nog wat

hey, @Etienne , you got a lot of languages in the PPG list, but Galician isnt standing under it, while Catalan is, and Galician is a region language too, and because i live in Galicia, i ofcourse speak it a tiny bit (not fluently, cuz Galician is a mix of Spanish and Portugese)🙂

Yes there are a few missing languages. I just added it to the list of languages to add, it's a bit of a process to add a language so I can't do it now I'll get around to it later. Thanks
