Thank you @Sarahsalah27,
I am curious. Did you practise some of it?
Although it is very easy to do it, a lot of people
don`t trust in the simple things.
I would love to hear about experiences. Everybody will
experience it differently.
And there is another tip:
When you want to hold a finger and you can`t do it with the other hand
you can just put the thumb on the nail of the desired finger. And when you
want to "hold" the thumb, you put the middle finger on the nail of the thumb.
This way it`s even easier to harmonise yourself and hardly anyone will notice.

P.S. I guess on Monday I will put some pictures in the post.
But if anyone wants to, you can put pictures in it how you
practise it.
I`ve got a seminar this weekend, starting tomorrow.
So it will be difficult for me to post until Monday.
Yes, I do this daily.
At first, when I started exercising, it felt a little strange and it took me some time to get used to breathing like this.
But over the days, it became much easier, and I began to feel very comfortable and calm during and after exercise.
I was putting my hand on my stomach, as you said, and focusing on the movement of inhaling and exhaling.
I've noticed that this exercise helps me de-stress and calm my nerves, especially on days when I feel stressed or anxious.
Also, the idea of ββputting something warm on my stomach was very helpful! I tried it one day when I was feeling down, and it really helped me relax more.
I now feel that I breathe better and deeper, and this has had a positive impact on my activity and vitality. Thank you so much @H_E_A_R_T , it really helped me a lot!
