looking for a new English name:) Everyday life and customs

My mom named me Daisy when I was a child, but at present, I think it may be too old-fashioned. Do you guys have any good names?

(PS: we don't usually use our English names on formal occasions in China, which means we can change our names basically anytime we like)

Albana?

Well ... what do you think about?

'Danica ' (Morning Star ... Serbo-Croatian 🙂

Sounds like a good name to me.

What does anyone think of mine?

Names are a very personal matter BUT ... I see you more as:

'Whitney' ... Whitney Weathers ... nice ring - don't you think? 🙂

The name comes from Old English and means 'White Island'. Although
it was originally a masculine name, it became popular as a girl's name
in the sixties and eighties.

In India (socially higher placed), names are determined by the
astrologer (Jyotishi) from the horoscope. They look at which lunar
house (Nakshatra - there are 27) the moon was in at birth. The
first syllable is decisive...

I’d say Chandra - This name means "the moon which outshines the stars."

The name Daisy is nice! I think the name 'Aster' is nice, it means 'star'. Or 'Mavis' which means 'songbird', though this is more of an old-fashioned name too, I think it's a good name.

i allways like Willy ore Wally ore something like that, even if my own name is Mare.
