In the plane rectangular coordinate system, the vertex of the parabola y = 2 (x-m)^2+2m (m is a constant) is A
(1) When m = 0.5, write down the coordinate of point A and the coordinate of the intersection of parabola and Y axis;
(2) If point a is in the first quadrant and OA = √5, find the expression of the quadratic function corresponding to this parabola, and write the value range of X when the function value y decreases with the increase of X;
(3) When x ≤ 2m, if the minimum value of function y = 2 (x-m) ^2+m is 3, find the value of m;
