How do I deal with head pain/crying Everyday life and customs

I got lower jaw braces yesterday; and now ever since I woke up I'm continuously crying and hence my head is paining. I can't even eat food properly: I can't chew them, so the only option left is swallowing and if I do that the teeth puts pressure. Same with drinking water; although we can't chew it haha. I need help with this. I can't concentrate on any of my online classes. The dentist told yesterday to take a painkiller if pain is unbearable before sleep. I did, although it has increased but not decreased the pain. Please help. It would be great if you are a dentist or anyone in that field.
PS - I hate dentists now and forever (no offence)

I even have 100 degree centigrade fever now...

Um COVID?

The government has now a fever is corona policy

So we technically have to regard you as a COVID infected ,

Eat something liquid for a few days: Soup, puree, mashed potatoes... It won't last for long, but you'll eventually have such pain each time after you pay a visit to the "dentist" to adjust your braces. If the pain doesn't disappear with a painkiller, then your only solution is to bear it,it won't last.

37,5°C is not fever, you are fine so worry not too much.

I don't have COVID. Fever started only today after my head started paining and crying.
