Thank you very much for your feedback. It is a pleasure for me... 🙂
...Art is a language, and so every work requires attention, time and an open mind. There is no art without context, and there is always a story behind it. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get a feel for something. Anyone wanting to find out more about the artist will, of course, also find the background information interesting. I will reveal that later.
"I am really not good at these but it doesn't look like it is from outer space...." 🤔️
"I am trying to make sense of the picture you shared. I tried really hard, but I couldn’t make sense of the photo. Everyone said there were fingers and metal -- could not really make out the fingers...."
How does an artist come up with their ideas? There are many views and discussions on this subject. What is certain is that artists often simply see ‘things’ a little differently… they have a different perspective on and of the world. Because of this, they often simply highlight ‘just’ different aspects of what we ourselves perceive. This does not necessarily have to be beautiful or evoke a sense of comfort within us.
Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, after all....
Here you can see the 'original' that inspired this forum
...right foot, fourth toe. The capsule of the first joint is torn, and what you see is the image produced by a FAR-Infrared LED Laser. Three different wavelengths of light were used: 630 nm, 660 nm and 850 nm. The 850 nm wavelength is invisible to the human eye. The other two appear in the typical infrared range.
Later a few more informations...
LOVE and LIGHT
P.S. I will post one more step and you can ask questions. I am happy to answer all the best way I can....
That`s what I love about you, Michael. In every situation you are creative and you often let others take part of it. At the end of the day you have a story to tell and this time even a new topic.
I guess it started with a f... when you hit? your toe, you turned it into f un for the Mars Day. I really wanted to find out what it is, had several ideas and knots in my brain, tried to do it with the female intuition and had also fun with the answers of the others.
I appreciate to get new insights and information. That`s how the course content in school and university should be delivered.
I guess that was not all of the background and I am still curious!
🤓 c. P.S. I wish you a thorough and swift regeneration P.P.S. You seem to be in good company with the Captured Beauty on your profile
On Tuesday morning, I’d wandered over to the computer barefoot and had clearly been a bit too brisk about it. In doing so, I managed to stub my toe on the heavy chair. After that, I was wide awake and my toe had a torn ligament.
The treatment I started immediately gave me the idea of making the most of my misfortune. Far-infrared light penetrates all tissues... bone, muscle and fat. Digital cameras can detect the radiation even better. I then adjusted the contrast and exposure in Photoshop. On the one hand, to see which issues had been damaged, and on the other, to use the photo for my idea.
I then instructed my software to change the ‘hot’ areas with complementary colours. This resulted in the effects that Christine interpreted as thermal photography. Kira’s assessment was probably the closest to the mark.
I also really like the 'interplanetary and multi-dimensional' interpretations. As Lady de Fleur put it: ‘...hand that touched a colourfull flower...."
A very good OMEN for a perfect healing -- I would like to add... 😋🙂
In general, however, I would like to emphasise once again very clearly that beauty does not depend on how a work is created. The fascination with and knowledge of ‘something’, however, can of course act as a door-opener or amplifier. It is allowed just to enjoy.... 🙂
AND, since we can set the parameters relatively freely here in our forum, it may of course also be used to expand knowledge and foster a deeper understanding of life and its endless possibilities.
I am fascinated how you use the light and camera to examine your toe. After writing I will go downstairs and get my far-infrared light to do some examination. What kind of cap is it over your toe, Michael?
Beside the technical approach, the pictures are indeed art. They show a detail of life in another perspective and in three different colourings. They look great together.

I wanne see your examination picture toooo @H_E_A_R_T 😜😜🤪😝
I often witnessed the creation of Michael`s art work. Sometimes it looks quite simple to copy it, but it will only be a cheap copy without the soul and passion of an artist.
I will send you privately a picture of my doing though.
