Hello, what are the region languages in your country?

Here in Spain you got, Galician (the language of the region I'm living in), Catalan (for as far as I know, mostly spoken in the south of Spain), Asturian/Asturiana (language of Asturia, a region that borders in the north to Galicia), Baskish (from the Basque Country). I wouldn't be surprised if Cantabria has a language too, but I haven't found out yet.

how are those languages?

No, I mean, can you say something in those languages?

There are 22 major region languages in India -- Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Odia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

and actually 179 languages and 544 dialects in India.

That is really a LOTTT @shirazikira!!!!!!

Here in spain the main language got two names, Spanish and Castellano, but i literaly think Castellano is the most used.

We have a LOTTT because, India is big country, our states are similar size of any other European countries..

let's say

  • Uttar Pradesh: (population ~20 crore) is more populous than Russia, which has a population of about 14.5 crore.
  • Maharashtra: (population ~11 crore) has a population comparable to Germany's.
  • Bihar: (population ~10 crore) is comparable in population to Germany.
  • India's largest state, Rajasthan, is comparable in area to the European country of Finland.

In Europe, each country has own language, here in India, each state has own language.

"Crore"????

"Crore"????

1 crore is equal to 10 million.

so 20 Crore = 200 million, 14.5 Crore = 145 million, 11 Crore = 110 million...

Wow 😯
