So i have 20 questions for you and this is the first part with 5 questions. 1: How long have you been a member on PPG and what do you like the most? And are there things that @Etienne should know that are good suggestions to make it even better?

I've been on this website for a month and I already talked with few people. Bad and good experiences but let's focus on the good ones! I like talking about deep topics but also everyday life. I like to know what people do during their normal day because we're all so different! I thought I'd be nice to have a "today's birthday" page so it can help people engage with other members.

2: In which part of Italy do you live? And do you like that part? What do you think is the MOST beautiful part of your country?

So I live in the north-west, near a city called Turin although I was born and raised in Milan. Did you know Turin was the first capital city of Italy? I've lived both in the city and in the countryside... When I was younger I enjoyed the big city but now I definitely like the peace and calm that the isolation of the countryside gives me. The most beautiful part of my country? I don't think I will ever be able to make a choice!

3: If you are the president of your country for ONE day and you can change two things. What would you change in Italy?

Oh, I like this question! Well, people always say "I'd do this and that" but it's not an easy role... Maybe I would finally legalize same sex marriage and actually do something for the environment. We are guests on Earth and we should take care of it.

4: Do you play music or a sport now or in the past? And is there an instrument that you would like to play or to do a new sport in the future?

I've never been good with instruments! I played the flute and classical guitar when I was in school but my career ended when I was 13! I liked playing tennis, I actually played it for almost 10 years and, not to brag, but I was pretty good at it. High school required a lot of focusing and time so I left tennis but I don't regret it.

5: What is the nicest thing that you still have from when you were a child (for example a super special photo or smt that your grandparents gave or a super good friend)?

I have a lot of pictures from when I was little. But I don't have a specific object that I kept... I have many beautiful memories of the time I spent with my grandparents (I try to visit them as much as possible nowadays, as well) and with my parents. We always travelled, tried new foods, went to see places. I think that's more important than an object, to me, at least.

I first saw you on the forum when you were super friendly for somebody who asked advice and you said very nice things 🏆🥇🎗️ so that is why i REALLY wanted to interview you and you are also super kind when writing with me. 😊🥰 And i hope that you like the questions!! 😛 Later i will add some pictures which i think are maybe nice with the interview about your answers.

Oh, dear God! I posted a pic laying in my bed that you very much appreciated, as you can see in your screenshot. But I didn't want to flirt with you so you got disappointed, remember? So, you have my pic? You know it's illegal to keep it without my consent? What do you keep it for?

I never said you "talk dirty", but I wrote it in Italian, haven't I?

Reading these questions under a totally innocent interview is such a shame, even the tentative to publicly denigrate her for a photo is embarrassing.

I talked to @Chantal- for the last few days and I can only say she's a wonderful human being with such a great soul. If you don't know her you are just missing the opportunity to meet an intelligent, strong and great woman.

@Pennarossa2024 just let her live her life and enjoy this place like everyone else does.

Please no fighting in an interview. That is not the place for that. In an interview i always want to make it look the nicest for the person who is interviewed. And i really ❤️ @Chantal- and I also really ❤️ @Pennarossa2024!!! So maybe if you want to discuss than please do it separately. And it is also good to know that i mentioned Italian people to @Chantal- and she said to me nothing bad when i mentioned your name Lorenzo. 😊😊 So maybe it is a misunderstanding or in any case she does not told me like that. And everybody should also know i feel 100% safe with Lorenzo and he has always be kind to me and never i feel uncomfortable. And also i feel very good with @Chantal-. I wanted to say that. So perhaps we can forget things and everybody forgive each other!! 🥰🌈🌞🌈 Thank you also @mck1989!! I mean grazie!! 😛 😛

Now one thing of the interview i wanted to mention for @Chantal- bc i think it is a very good idea to have birthdays that for example you get a warning or it is on the homepage. @Etienne i think that is still a good idea! 🙂 But in the meantime we have this forum: https://penpal-gate.net/forum/12-everyday-life-and-customs/5353-when-is-your-birthday and if you go to the LAST page than normally you see the overview of birthdays and i try to keep it up to date. And on the day of a birthday we write a message for that person and everybody who wants can join. BUTTTTT normally @Fleurke is the fastest to write a birthday message!! 😃

I looked online for photos and these i like the most from Turin but in Italian it is Torino:

I like that there are mountains too around it and water in the second photo!! It makes it look more friendly the city!!

And this is a photo of Milan and the second i search on google around Milan and i found the second photo (but i dont know if it is correct BUTTT it looks nice!! 😛)

In the first picture you can see the Mole Antonelliana. It hosts the cinema museum and there is a glass elevator that takes you to a sort of balcony where you can see the city and the mountains. In the second pic, there is the Gran Madre on the left and Monte dei Cappuccini on the right. It's a romantic place 😍 and you can see the city from there, as well.

The 3rd pic, well, the Dome of Milan! Isn't she a goth beauty?! The 4th pic in not sure, there isn't a lake or the sea in Milan so it's probably one of the big lakes that are not that far away from the city.

Even bad experiences can be good feedback! We used to have an equivalent to the birthday page a long time ago, but it was later scrapped because I think I remember the user experience around it being awkward. Thanks for sharing the suggestion though, we do have a large forum thread dedicated to birthdays so it shows there is interest in this feature. I will definitely keep this in mind

From Milan i know the building of the cathedral bc it is super famous!! But i did not know yet how Turin looked!!! And i didnt even know there are mountains around the city!! 😳😳 It looks really beautiful!!! If you can shop in Milan or Turin ORRR if you can for example eat an Italian ice cream: you would go to Turin and not Milan? And what is the BESTTTT shop for Italian ice cream in Turin or Milan and which flavour you really like the most from what they have? 🍧😋😋

You are right, Turin is really a beautiful city! So, about the ice cream... Sorry to disappoint you but I don't like it 😅 there isn't a city that is famous for its ice-cream but don't go for bright and neon colours because ice cream is not supposed to look like that 🥲
