This day i wanted to mention for @Etienne, @Lianshen, @Sabri_KC, @AgDel and @diogenes_cask!! So this is the day that the Bastille which was a super big prison was stormed. Oh I missed that! Bastille day is called 14 Juillet and is the national day in France. It's celebrated with friends mostly, to see a firework or something.
I caan't say much about it. I've never been very appealed by it and the Revolution. Brittany didn't meet a very good fate with Revolutionaries 🙂

This is the most important thing that is remembered today of course. I did not know how the memorial exactly looked in New York, but i just saw it on google so i copied pictures above. Did anybody see it in person? And do people who are older remember it maybe when it happened? I hope everybody is respectful about this day!!! And i dont know exactly what you wish for American persons, but i hope that it never happens again ANYWHERE in the world. 🙏🙏🕯️❤️

It is strange that this day is in the country where this is celebrated. In our school it is much later bc we did not start school so long. So normally it is end of September and not now already. So that way they are always with us and they get their favourite things what they want to eat and drink. The birthday of Confucius is not really clear and some say 28 and others say 29 September but on the list it said today is Confucius Day. And Confucius was very important. He was a philosopher and i think everybody knows him. The most important my parents say is the values and a lot of it is still today very important in China but also in other countries for example about being kind and super loyal and that you must have good virtue. So like i said in another forum today is St. Maarten and in my country small children walk with a lantern and sing a song. So it is abt a Saint and he was a noble person. And he cut part of his robe for a begger. And children buy or make a lantern and sing a song and they get candies. That is really nice and @MariaRosary said it is also celebrated in Germany.
