PART II

6: If you go to an island for ONE year and you can only bring 5 books. Which do you choose and why?

I really like historic novels, and I love imagining me in them!

I'd probably bring Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Horse and his Boy cause they're some kind of comfort books for me!

Any “survival for dummies” book cause i’m in an island and even if i have a home there, I will need some helpppp.

For the two remaining, probably the Lesser Key of Solomon cause it’s very interesting and Therapy by Sebastian Fitzek cause I love thrillers. Or anything by Victoria Holt 😛

7: What is the nicest holiday you ever had? Why was it special?

Last year’s Christmas dinner was very special. My grandmother has dementia and some hips problems, so she is easily triggered by abrupt changes and couldn’t ride a car for some time. But also she is very happy when family gets together. That time my uncle convinced my grandpa to come to the usual big dinner we always have for the holidays, after some years without them in these. It was awesome receiving Christmas with her like the old times.

After that, my cousins and I went to a party the town was organizing and it was super fun. Since it’s a little town where my extended family lives in, I knew a ton of people and got to reunite with them after a while. It was like a super big Christmas reunion and I had a blast!

8: What was your favourite subject in high school and what was the least? 😛 And what do you like the most of your study in your university? What will you do after your study?

English! (as a foreign language). Some school’s level of English really sucks, and I've been learning English since I was born so I always got straight As and got to have conversations with my professor. I miss him! he sometimes gave me higher year’s exams so I could solve them.

My least favourite… had to be Economy. I took a specialized cycle for economics and administration and Economy was just super hard to understand for me.

About uni I really like how our professors engage with us students, and how us students as a whole class engage with each other. It’s not just the professor teaching us but all of us as a block learning together. Also professors in university (in Argentina) are so chill. We always share mate with them and have the funniest conversations while learning a lot.

If I had to choose a subject it would be the class with the same name: Architecture. There, we take everything we learn in the other classes and make an architecture/urbanist project.

After my study I would like to take an exchange to Italy to get a double title 🙂

9: Do you like sports? And what kind of sports do you do now and in the past?

I like acrobatics! I'm not good at coordinating in sports like football or basketball, although I really like voleyball but my height is not of help at all (I am 1.50m!).

However since I was a kid I practiced aerial silks and later I did pole sport. It was awesome!

10: If you can speak with yourself when you were 10 and when you are 50 would you do that? And what would you ask or talk about?

I would. Right now I wish I knew things when I was little that would’ve helped me keep going on. And I kinda need some reassurance or certainities from the future. I would just make sure my little self is certain everything is just perfect, and ask my future self if I can take things easy and enjoy the road up the mountain. ❤️‍🩹

If you can do that trick with @martutuni i think @Etienne will give you a SEPARATE badge!!! 🏆🥇

PART III

11: On your profile you wrote that you have tried learning several languages. Which language do you like the MOST and which is the most difficult? And should @alewashere learn Spanish? 😛

I loved learning Japanese but it was the most difficult for sure! I quit because I didn't have a professor hahaha now my favorite is Chinese. Ale knows Spanish! specially Argentinian Spanish and is veryy good at it!!

12: How are your parents? Are you super close? And do you have brothers or sisters? Do you see them a lot?

I live with my parents and 2 siblings, I'm the eldest! We have a nice relationship and share everything every day. Sometimes I clash with my parents because since I'm the eldest I tend to have more responsabilities and also because I'm kinda the black sheep of the family lol. Also, being the eldest sometimes mean being the one who is in between the parents and the siblings, so sometimes I act as counselor for both of these sides hahaha

13: What is you clothing style normally? And if you have a special thing like going out or a wedding? And do you wear the traditional clothes like from the pictures above? 🙂

Usually my clothing is very diverse, because I don't just like one style! It depends on my mood but I really like cozy/urban styles. Like Nana styles. I would love to incorporate more of my traditional clothes, I don't usually wear them! If I have a big event I love dresses or classy clothing like blazers and pants, but since I'm very short I like to enhace my figure 😛

14: You wrote that you visited Brazil. Did you like that country? And which country would you like to visit the most in the future and why?

I loved Brazil! It's the first country I ever visited. I would be happy to go to any other destination, but my next one is Paraguay! I'm having a university field trip to participate in a workshop and Paraguay has a lot of very cozy and interesting architecture so I'm very thrilled.

15: In our country Queen Maxima is SUPER popular and a LOTTT of people like her (like me)!!!!! What do people in Argentina say and think about her? Do they know she is a Queen?

We ALL know her for sure. We just know she comes from a family heavily tied to the last dictatorship Argentina's been through, but all in all we think she's wonderful. After all, she's representing our country in a foreign one, and she is great at it. Lately, there's a saying around here saying ''no matter where you are, there is surely an Argentinian around'' and I think it's very funny and very true lol

Muchas gracias Martiii!!! 😛 I would like to ask one question about the above but i first wait if maybe anybody else has questions or wants to comment below!! ⬇️⬇️ Thanks a LOTTT!!! 🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰

hiii marti thankss that i can ask more questions like you said in the other forum!! 🙂 i have 5 questions now but only answer when you have time for it and of course if you want it!!! 😊😊

1️⃣ Have you been really busy with things since the last part of the interview? Have you almost finished university and do you already know what you want to do?

2️⃣ What are your biggest dreams for yourself in 2026 and do you think they will become true?

3️⃣ Do you think that a lot of things are changing in the world and that it can also be important for your country?

4️⃣ I think it is really special that you have tattoos and do you think it happens more in your country than in Europe? And which tattoo is for you the most important and why? Do you think you will get more?

5️⃣ What super skill do you want to learn if you can choose ANYTHING (even like for example flying or that you can travel in the time or being invisible or anything else)?

Gracias for answering the questions!!! ANDDD if anybody else wants to ask a question or write a comment you can post it below for Marti. 🌸⭐

Hiii!

1) Yes! I was finishing my last year of intense classes and I am now studying for finals - after these two months I should be signing up for professional practices and a semestral class that I had left. I’m very nervous about the future! I have may plans I’d prefer to keep to myself to not jinx them (I’m a bit superstitious!)

2) Travel around as much as I can and have my first big girl job™️!! I’m positive they will be true

3) Yes. Unfortunately, our president is strongly catering to Trump, and has recently given him an important port in Ushuaia… which is impossible to do!! So I’m a bit worried but hope for the best. And hope he knows what’s he’s doing.

4) When I met Ale we talked about tattoos one time and we looked up which is the most tattooed population because I was sure countries in LATAM won… but apparently Italy is the most tattooed country! We think it’s like not highly tattooed, more like there are more people with a tattoo even if its tiny, and here are less people but that are heavily tattooed.

All my tattoos are special to me. The last one I really love, it’s Eren Jeager from Shingeki no Kyojin and it’s my baby. I just never get tired of staring at it.

5) OMG I want to be able to teletransport so much. So I can visit many places and people I love as quickly as I want. I would be so happy. Also- be able to speak any language and talk to animals!!

Thank you Yue! these were very fun xx

Martiii i hope that maybe one time u come back on the forum and if yes maybe we can make an update of the interview!!! 🙂 I hope that everything goes muchos good and that u have a really nice summer soon!!!! 🌈🌞🌈

PART VI

21: You have been offline for some time and i guess you were maybe super busy. Was it mostly for your studies and have you almost finished them? And do you already have plans for AFTER the summer vacation?

I have been offline mostly because I was finishing my studies and also having kind of unplanned vacations with friends that came from a broad. Here in Argentina we are in winter right now, so I had three weeks of winter break from University. I am actually done with every class in my university course. I am just going to class now because I am a student helper in a cathedra, so one of my previous classes. I am helping my professor teach the classes. I am expecting to take my final exams in September and then I will be waiting to do my Thesis.

22: Do you have plans to live maybe or study or work in China or Italy? Or will you stay always in Argentina? And do you prefer your hometown or do you want to be in another city in Argentina after your studies?

Ever since I started my first year, I knew that I wanted to take a course abroad. All these year I’ve been thinking of doing a double title course in Italy, which is what I am gonna do next year. Throughout these years though I’ve started learning more languages and so you Know that I’ve been learning Chinese now for three years!! 🤓🤓 so it got me thinking that after graduating university, I would like to do a masters in China. Probably one day cause its not something that I have thought about like really much, but I would love to!!! 🥹🤍🤍 Learning Chinese in my university has let me make so many Chinese friends that came to Argentina to teach the language and they are now back in China and I miss them so muchhh 😭 Next month I have to say goodbye to four friends that I made last year and I am so sad about that. I reallyy wanna go there and experience what they experienced here and just see them again because I already miss them so much.

23: What is the most funny and weird thing that happened in the last half year? And which moment do you think was the most special that you will remember forever?

I think the weirdest thing that happened to me was that many Chinese people found me on a Chinese social media app called rednote because I made a post about my city, Córdoba. They found me and talked to me through that post that I made. They were travelers that came to Argentina and wanted to visit Córdoba, I met them and we created so many memories. They were really short, but very meaningful and the most recent one is a guy named Thiago. He had lived 3 years in Spain before so he came speaking so much Spanish, like he knows soooo much!!

He came right before the World Cup started and we began watching every match together. I blended my friends’ groups with him and we became one big group, including a guy from Belgium, Tim, that is volunteering in Buenos Aires right now, and another Russian guy, Pavel, that speaks mandarin and soanish soooo well!! All of us clicked instantly and we made a pact to watch every match together, celebrate on the streets afterwards, etc. We made so many fun things like go horse riding, visit a far away town for the day… It was one of the most fun winter break I’ve had, because it was totally unplanned and totally beautiful.

Also, thanks to that I had chinese food every other day!! Lol I’m so glad

24: Is it true that everybody from Argentina loves football? And do you think your country wins the world cup? I tag @Fleurke because i think she is the BIGGESTTT football fan of whole PPG and knows a lot about it!!! 😛 😛

I’m sorry I’m replying this very late in the month and that everything has happened now. I’m sorry @Fleurke that you couldn’t see this post earlier!! I would’ve loved for Argentina to win again because it is true that we all love football hahahaha but in my case, it’s only a World Cup thing. I don’t watch football outside of the World Cup matches, and I think the atmosphere that is created in the World Cup is so beautiful and so patriotic!! and fun. We looove to have fun and we are so proud of who we are as a resilient country. We really know how to have fun I think!! I cried when we didn’t win, but it’s also such a nice thing to be subchampions! It’s really a great honor and Spain played so well. I am always grateful to have the team that we have AND to be able to live in Messis era?? he is just wonderful. I love the Scaloneta so much 😛 (What we cal Lio Scaloni’s team, the technical director).

I’m proud of Messi and Argentina. Big congrats to Spain for winning!

25: What are things that you like to do now and in the summer when you are free from studies and work and other things? And will you go on summer vacation or do summer job maybe?

As I said since we are in the opposite hemisphere we are in winter right now in Argentina. ❄️❄️❄️ (lol but in my city it doesn’t snow!!) I do have a job! I had a job on the weekends. I love spending the time that I have off school journaling, learning languages, and watching TV shows. I was able to catch up with the anime and TV shows that I was watching and also watch some new movies. I loved Revelation day soooo muchhhh It’s one of my new favorite movies. I loved it. I also like to spend my days having really hot tea because I don’t like the cold at all. I hate it BUT a cup of tea or mate are really nice to shrug off the cold and be able to warm up. I am working more shifts at work right now and I think I’m gonna keep this job up until I leave next year ✨✨

Gracias a LOTTTT Martiii @martutuni for this update for the interview!!! 🙂 I will be on holiday on Saturday but after i come back i want to make more updates from interviews but it was really nice that i can already post Marti's update!!! 😊🥰🤗 And i really hope that u can do ur dream and go maybe do master in mainland China and that way EVERYYY day u have really nice food and it is healthy and u dont get fat!! 😛 😛 And if we come to Cordoba in ur country we will tell it (anybodyyy on PPG)!!! 😃 Or maybe they can read tips above in the interview!!! 😃
