Interview with @LittleWren 16.12.2024
Hi LittleWren!! 🙂 Thank you very much that I can interview you!! 🙏🙏 I wrote now the first part and I hope that you like the questions!! 😛 But if you dont want to reply a question that is of course not a problem!! 🌼🌼 Thank you very much!! 🌸🌸🥰🥰
⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ PART I
1: How long have you been a member of PPG? And do you like it? What is the nicest thing on PPG for you? 🙂
I have only been a member of PPG for four days, as of typing this. I am enjoying myself here and it's nice to speak with people from all over the world. It has a relaxed atmosphere which I really appreciate.
2: Is it correct that you live in nature? If so do you like it or are there things that you dont like? And if it is not correct: would you like to live in nature?
I live both in nature and as close to it as I can, depending on the times of the year. There has been a lot of storms this year and it simply isn't safe to stay in the forest. The most recent storm caused a lot of damage.
The best part of living as close to nature as I can is that I have the freedom to simply live. The pace of life is far more relaxed. I can make or trade for what I need and I find that interaction with other people is usually a positive experience.
Of course, it's not all good. Naturally, I'm more vulnerable to the harsh realities of the weather. Simply surviving day to day is quite physically taxing. Sometimes I question my own sanity. I spend a great deal of time alone. The worst of all though is the poachers. A person is supposed to have a license to hunt and they are only allowed to legally do it at certain times of the year. If it's hunting season, I am not in the woods. But the poachers don't play by the rules and they aren't necessarily aware that I might be there or they simply don't care. Sometimes I don't know they are there until the shooting starts. It's a pretty terrifying experience when that happens.
3: In the religion forum you wrote in a very nice way that you are a pagan. What do you think the nicest things are from your religion that other people can maybe learn from? And if people are a pagan, do you pray?
There are different branches of Paganism, and depending on which branch a person subscribes to they may pray to various deities that they believe in. For me, personally, I simply take the time to sit everyday and be thankful for what nature provides me and continued life. I really think that the best part about it that others could notice is that a person doesn't need to have a pile of money or a bunch of stuff to be happy. Living a simpler life, a smaller life is far more fulfilling, I believe.
4: What do you think is the nicest dish in Ireland to eat if somebody comes and visits your country?
Unfortunately, my diet is quite basic and bland. I have some food intolerances. However, I do love soda bread and stew. The locals always rave about bacon & cabbage though.
5: If you visit another country, what kind of souvenir do you like to bring other than 10000 photos of course! 😛
When I travelled previously, I liked to bring back something that spoke to the culture of the country I visited. When I returned home from Denmark, I brought a little Viking statue back with me.
