Do you have a sleep routine or habits before you go to sleep? For example, do you not use your phone anymore 60 minutes before sleeping? 📲 Or do you fall asleep before the tv? 📺 And do you shower in the evening or maybe in the morning? 🚿🛀 When do you eat and drink the last things of the day? 🍨🍫🍿🧋🍷🫖
