Hello everybody! 🙋‍♀️

Do you have a sleep routine or habits before you go to sleep? For example, do you not use your phone anymore 60 minutes before sleeping? 📲 Or do you fall asleep before the tv? 📺 And do you shower in the evening or maybe in the morning? 🚿🛀 When do you eat and drink the last things of the day? 🍨🍫🍿🧋🍷🫖

On the weekend i sleep whenever i want but usually not over 23.30/midnight bc sleeping is literally heaven and on weekends i try to sleep as much as i can since the rest of the week i need to wake up early and it makes me rlly depressed and sad. In summer I usually stay awake all night,i go to sleep at 4/5am and rarely at 3 am then i sleep till lunch time. On school days I sleep at 22/23.

About habits,i always watch a good show before sleeping,smt that gets me in a good mood and right after I sleep. I never sleep without watching a tv show first,and i always shower in the evening

Now that I’m off Uni my sleep routine is a mess! but before going to sleep I do the dishes, tidy my room up a bit, i do my hair, brush my teeth and get some cream lotion. After that I go to my patio to meditate for 10 minutes and then go to bed to watch tv shows a bit, until I fall asleep. I do wish to change my habits to coming back from meditation and reading my book instead of using my phone.

I actually think i dont even have a real routine for sleeping at all

Before i go to sleep i‘m always on my iPad like to 10 p.m and then i watch asmr to get sleepy or sleep and yeah that‘s all i guess, most of the time i wake up on 5 -5.30 a.m then

Hello Yue, I only saw this topic yesterday. My routine for sleeping is brushing my teeth, flossing, applying face cream and then watching the news app. Im always do wudu and ayat al kursi before close my eyes . that is a little ablution before going to sleep and a little prayer against evil and bad dreams

I don't really have a routine, I just go to sleep whenever it's socially acceptable. When I'm watching a series with my family or playing video games I can stay up until 10 PM, but I go to bed between 8 and 9:30 PM usually.

Though if it only depended on me, I would go to sleep at 7 PM, but my mother doesn't want me to because she says it's too early. She's right, but that doesn't mean I'm happy about it.

For me the routine is for whole evening:

1️⃣ I always start to help my mom cooking and we eat dinner when my dad is also home. And after that i clean the kitchen with my mom and the table.

2️⃣ After that the evening depends the most on homework. So i try not to do homework after 21:00 o clock. That is also a tip for others!!! And I know that is sometimes difficult if you have too much, BUTTT i try always to make 1 or 2 days in advance so then it is less!! 🙂

3️⃣ We always drink tea at least together with my mom and sometimes my dad and sometimes my aunt comes too because she lives not so far. Or other times i watch with my mom netflix or viki a series and drink tea.

4️⃣ I go to the bathroom and have a shower. For our family it is important to do that in the evening and not in the morning. In the morning we wash normal but in the evening with a shower so your bed is clean and not with dust and other bad things from when you are outside like chemicals or other toxics. And it is very nice if it is the routine for you.

5️⃣ After that I dont use like 28798271 creams, but my mom does. I only have face masks sometimes (NOTTTT every evening). But i do have face wash and body lotion and brush my hair. And i try to brush my teeth and not to eat anymore at that time. That is unhealthy and it can make your stomach get very angry at yourself!! 😛 And you can get two times fatter from eating very late!!!!!!

6️⃣ After that i can watch youtube or be on ppg or chat with friends from for example school or ballet but not long.

7️⃣ I have a hot water bottle BUTTTT not with cooking water. But you can plug in and make it warm with electricity.

Can I ask @Etienne do you always watch PPG first before you go to sleep? Maybe to see if everything is ok or not? It is best not to be online too much before sleeping but maybe it is necessary too. I am curious about that!! 😛

My sleep routine is different every evening tbh. Sometimes i sit on my phone(tiktok) 1-2 hours before sleep, or read. But not always
