For me the routine is for whole evening:
1️⃣ I always start to help my mom cooking and we eat dinner when my dad is also home. And after that i clean the kitchen with my mom and the table.
2️⃣ After that the evening depends the most on homework. So i try not to do homework after 21:00 o clock. That is also a tip for others!!! And I know that is sometimes difficult if you have too much, BUTTT i try always to make 1 or 2 days in advance so then it is less!! 🙂
3️⃣ We always drink tea at least together with my mom and sometimes my dad and sometimes my aunt comes too because she lives not so far. Or other times i watch with my mom netflix or viki a series and drink tea.
4️⃣ I go to the bathroom and have a shower. For our family it is important to do that in the evening and not in the morning. In the morning we wash normal but in the evening with a shower so your bed is clean and not with dust and other bad things from when you are outside like chemicals or other toxics. And it is very nice if it is the routine for you.
5️⃣ After that I dont use like 28798271 creams, but my mom does. I only have face masks sometimes (NOTTTT every evening). But i do have face wash and body lotion and brush my hair. And i try to brush my teeth and not to eat anymore at that time. That is unhealthy and it can make your stomach get very angry at yourself!! 😛 And you can get two times fatter from eating very late!!!!!!
6️⃣ After that i can watch youtube or be on ppg or chat with friends from for example school or ballet but not long.
7️⃣ I have a hot water bottle BUTTTT not with cooking water. But you can plug in and make it warm with electricity.
