As of now, 188 countries have reported a confirmed case. Depending on what is defined as a country, there are between 190-215 countries in the world.

I know that Turkmenistan and North Korea (two dictatures) don't have confirmed corona cases...Maybe it's because they don't want to say anything...

Well there already a very few countries who are Corona free at the moment. Well the second wave has already started in china and South Korea and the numbers are kept a secret at the moment to not cause much panic. the second wave will be severe since everyone is out now and we are not sure how much of social distancing will be followed religiously. But it might take another 6 months for the virus to completely leave and people top resume their normal life , hug and shake hands with no fear unlike before.
