In the state of Ohio it is technically illegal to make a weird/ugly face at a dog. You could be fined or even arrested.

The fines has been expressed in DEM (although calculated to HRD and HRK) until 2023. DEM was never an official currency in Croatia, it has been official currency in Germany until 2002.
