What are you referring to?
I think he is referring to Trump and his policies.
I don't understand why that's any of our business. None of the people on this forum are from the country Trump is the president of. How could you know anything about the situation if you don't even live in the country? Media never tells everything, and as any political figure, there will be people who like him and people who don't. There's no point in making a forum about it. It won't change anything and will only turn into arguments, because different parties will defend their views of a person they never even met. I think it's just asking for trouble at this point.
How can one not be interested in the governance of the world's leading power and democracy, which, like it or not, has an influence on every country on the planet? Not a day goes by without new information about the absurd decisions, inappropriate behavior, or outlandish statements of this extraordinary US president. He is currently deeply embarrassed by the Epstein affair, the sexual predator with whom he was friends. In this case, his depraved past is catching up with him, even though he claimed he would shed light on this story. So he imagined a case involving Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, who were supposed to have conspired to remove him from power. He hopes this way to distract the public. Trump even had a fake AI-generated video edited in which Barack Obama, whom he called a "gang leader," is arrested by the FBI. Trump is probably in an extremely embarrassing situation. How will he get out of this mess this time?
Recently a well known politician in Germany said, he believes, that Trump knows that presidents like Xi Jinping or Wladimir Putin can decide more redicioulus and "efficient" than a "normal" democracy. Xi and Putin don´t need to fear the next elections and can ignore the voters protests. He might believe this would be the reason to loose the fight against new upcoming world powers.
I personally don't like him, but if I would live in USA, I think I would feel not so bad about him being my president.
As Pole the only thing I want from him is: more US soldiers in my country 😅
And... To be more precise in talking about his policy, we should wait some time yet, wait for numbers, etc.
Alright, now Trump claims that each and every country which dares to buy Russian oil shall have its economy crushed by the USA, such policies are called Goondagardi in Hindi which literally translates to hooliganism, and this is a tiny example. Apparently, our leader is delusional if he says Trump had no business in the Indo-Pakistan ceasefire, because it upsets his chances for a Nobel prize, but seriously the only reason he wants one is because Obama got one, now when such a mentality comes in a person do you think that person deserves a Nobel prize? maybe in other categories but surely not in peace and literature. But again, I don't think that's for me to decide. But rest assured if he gets one my respect for the esteemed Nobel prize will perish.
Such arrogancy and rudeness has never been seen in a world leader before, he freely insults leaders from other nations like France, India, China and Russia. Being the most powerful man in the world he is expected to at least behave like that but no, he has the understanding and maturity of an 8-year-old. There is a saying "with great power comes great responsibility" so far Trump is hell bent on disproving that.
Apparently, all American tech giants ought to stop hiring from Indian and China and bring back American jobs.... but hold on when were they ever American jobs? Silicon Valley has been built practically by Indians and Chinese, when they never were American jobs, how are they meant to be replaced by Americans? America used to buy brains by the means of the H1-B visa, without it, people like Sundar Pichai, Sameer Bhattia, Jensen Huang, Satya Nadella etc. would have never been in the USA. If we were to replace some of the world's finest minds from an enterprise just to bring in underqualified people, it will only bring ruin to the industry. But who will tell it to Trump?
Can anyone please tell what happened one of the last times USA put tariffs on other countries? The great depression. Had Trump not repealed his earlier policies, that's what would have happened. But again, August 1 is arriving fast and so is the Trump induced recession.
More than this I am too lazy to type, but yes eventually.
It's impossible for me to talk about this person and his policies. I'm very worried because he has a lot of power.
Trump 😡
Me personally I’d consider myself far right, however I don’t care for Trump. Instead American should be thinking about ourselves way more and putting America first. However he is a bit better than anyone on the left in my opinion.
He doesn`t act like a diplomat but like a buisness man. He leads the USA like a CEO. But at least he tries to realise his campaign promises. And that is more than any other elected head of state does. Most of them can`t even remember their own promises next day after the election.
It's unfortunate that we in the US are voting for the person we dislike the least. The lesser of evils vs we're excited about our elected officials.
