Racism 😔

It's increasing, in my opinion, because UE imigration policy is just bad, and strives for increasing it, so they can still repeat: "oh no, racism".

It's really easy to predict what will happen, if You put few different cultures around, or instead of verification, You just let anyone to come and cross border, and instead of integration, these new groups of people makes "islands", where they separate.

Or if government favor some group: giving them money, but they don't work. And it's just normal thing in europe. So when citizen feels unfairly in his own country, and express that, then he is often called "racist".

Or the rhetoric, like in football: lets kneel down, to apologize for what happened to black people in the past.

And before I will be accused of "racism" here. I don't mind people that come working, respecting the law and our culture. But the truth is, many immigrants that comes to europe(or US, but we don't talk about US now) are just wild, uncivilized, criminals, corrupted.

And governments and UE managment of this process is stupid and helps the racism grow.

I think it's a matter of education. More education = less racism. And of course it's become a kind of normality that people in the public eye make anti-Jewish and racist statements. You can see that with Musk.

It is precisely people in precarious educational situations who are more likely to be captured by the simple solutions of right-wing parties. When asylum seekers are simply blamed for everything, there is a group of guilty parties.

People from precarious educational backgrounds still don't understand the difference between immigration and asylum.

This is a very hard topic and also difficult. I was born in my country The Netherlands but my parents in China. And I have a lot what @Sabri_KC described in the forum about Third Culture. But even that I was born here and my parents work VERYYY hard and speak Dutch too (at least they try their best!!) it happens a lot that people say racist things to me like jokes or somebody on the street who i don't know in a group that they yell things to you. That happens almost every week at least one time. But i dont say anything back at all because i dont want it to get out of hand. That already happened one time and I really DON'T want that ever. But i don't know what we can do more that it is enough and that they think you are also the same and equal like them. 😔😔

I am against racism but believe me it is vica verca, unfortunately I see it happen a lot. I wish everyone would just leave each other alone. if someone wears a headscarf or wears a different color or likes a different style of clothing. respect each other because if we cut each other's fingers we all have red blood. we all work to feed our children. just be respectful of each other and polite and everything will get better. There are naughty people in all cultures.

You have forgotten:

Its so cringe what you have said.

Okay. I don't know how this picture is related to what I said, but okay. I just said the truth.

I think that @Fleurke is right and that everybody should respect everybody or do their best. So immigrants and visitors and locals and anybody else: just try to be softer to each other and not so super hard!!!

My family believes that we should respect both Dutch rules and Chinese rules. So we have a lot of friends and neighbours and most are not Asian but Dutch or have other country background. And we also celebrate Dutch things like Sinterklaas and Christmas but also Asian things like Chinese New Year. And we try to speak BOTH languages (but my dad says my Chinese is super poor and i think he should be little bit better with his Dutch)!! 😛 😛 And they work hard so they also can help with taxes and everything else. 🙂

I don't know if you were telling the truth. You haven't backed up your statement with a study. until you do, it's a thesis. I am saying that it is not. That is the antithesis. Since you have put forward the thesis, it is your task to prove it.

An equivalent thesis would be, for example, that most Poles are social parasites, alcoholics, too lazy to work and thieves.

Okay please just try not to start a fight, i prefer not to enter the discussion because i think talking here about it is totally useless and it won't solve the problem at all; instead, it would only make people to argue each other.

I am sorry. I don't want to create a bad artmosphere...I am really sorry for that...I am out of this forum.

I'm talking in general

Yes I understand that.

I will send You some data on priv. I don't want make here immigration argue either. It's about racism. So even if what I said isn't truth, in Your opinion, then the fact is that antiimigration parties are geting more and more votes, in Germany, in France, in Sweden, in USA.

I think we should also talk about difficult topics like this. We can talk about this topic without arguing. Immigration is a problem, but racism is just a form of ignorance. Political parties that base their action on racism and intolerance are dangerous parties. We must all remember that in Europe we had concentration camps and gas chambers. In these horrendous places people considered "different" were killed, including many children, many elderly and sick people, many disabled people. This horror can come back again. An Italian proverb says: who sows wind, reaps the storm.

Do you think they can really come back again?? 😧😧😳😳😳 I dont think that there is ANYTHING worse than those camps and maybe also other places like for example the prison in Syria and other places where they kill and torture so many people. 🕯️🕯️🕯️

They can return and have already returned to various parts of the world unfortunately.

First thing first, racism is the nastiest form of ignorance. Right after this basic emphasis we are able to analyze the problem using some rational mind. First we should define what we're facing to. Racism? Not really. We are facing to some term such as neo-racism. Neo-racism as an ideological construction refers to a process of inclusion and exclusion. A neo-racist approach in which anti-immigration comes to the fore is opposed to pluralism in a social, cultural and religious sense. A neo-racist adopts a monist national culture that does not allow multiculturalism and makes a sharp distinction between native culture and marginalised cultures, and emphasises the incompatibility and conflict between these cultures. A neo-racist bigotedly believes the superiority of national culture to others.

In recent years, populist politicians in Europe have often advocated anti-immigrant sentiments to cover up their policy failures, and so, they justified xenophobia. Immigrants in populist discourse are often seen as the cause of increasing crime rates and economic, social, cultural, and political crises. It's to mean perfectly useful tool of the "goat of sin." In each economic and political crisis in Europe, immigrants are a target of extreme right-wing rhetoric and threatened with expulsion from the country in which they live despite acquiring citizenship rights.

Neo-racists advocate that immigrants should not be allowed to live in their country as they harm their national and cultural identity.

Now, let's touch the "real" problem. Immigration problem is quite solvable with correct integration, immigration and border policies. How to solve the problem of arising "neo-racism"? That is not a "single-use, disposable" tool. For instance, suppose that all non-Westerners have been swept away from Europe and as in their famous course "Europe is for Europeans." We all know that Europe is nothing but a political illusion. Then shall these neo-racists abolish theirselves peacefully? Or shall they start a new race for finding the "most superior" in Europe? They would have been justified xenophobia. These developments are alarming.

What is alarming about these developments is the “new modernized right” is often characterized by a toned down anti-democratic rhetoric, , including a significant reduction of its previous anti-Semitic shibboleths, and a generic willingness to behave in a way compliant with basic principles of liberal democracy. Instead of using overt forms of biological racism and antiSemitism, the new right emphasizes the incompatibilities of different cultures in order to legitimize its opposition to international immigration and ethno-cultural diversity. Neo-racists often claim that "Others are culturally unassimilated, ideologically unassimilable and transnationally implicated in disloyalty.” As once Hitler said: “the Jew always remains the Jew." One shouldn't carry a scorpion in the pocket.

I recall some quote: "For the last few years, we have been taught that it is our duty to remember. That is certainly a positive development. Yet the doctrine that urges us not to forget the crimes against mankind is accompanied by the hope that this memory will prevent us from repeating the atrocities of the past. But without the duty to think, the duty to remember will be meaningless."

All in all, if a saviour needed, it shall not come from those neo-racist, populist, and opportunist movements. I haven't seen any super hero killing his villain at all.
