I wish everyone would just leave each other alone. if someone wears a headscarf or wears a different color or likes a different style of clothing. respect each other because if we cut each other's fingers we all have red blood. we all work to feed our children. just be respectful of each other and polite and everything will get better. I think that @Fleurke is right and that everybody should respect everybody or do their best. So immigrants and visitors and locals and anybody else: just try to be softer to each other and not so super hard!!!
My family believes that we should respect both Dutch rules and Chinese rules. So we have a lot of friends and neighbours and most are not Asian but Dutch or have other country background. And we also celebrate Dutch things like Sinterklaas and Christmas but also Asian things like Chinese New Year. And we try to speak BOTH languages (but my dad says my Chinese is super poor and i think he should be little bit better with his Dutch)!! 😛 😛 And they work hard so they also can help with taxes and everything else. 🙂

Racism? Not really. We are facing to some term such as neo-racism. Neo-racism as an ideological construction refers to a process of inclusion and exclusion. A neo-racist approach in which anti-immigration comes to the fore is opposed to pluralism in a social, cultural and religious sense. A neo-racist adopts a monist national culture that does not allow multiculturalism and makes a sharp distinction between native culture and marginalised cultures, and emphasises the incompatibility and conflict between these cultures. A neo-racist bigotedly believes the superiority of national culture to others.
In recent years, populist politicians in Europe have often advocated anti-immigrant sentiments to cover up their policy failures, and so, they justified xenophobia. For sure i am not an expert on this, yet i will write down my thinking about it from Serbia perspective. I really dont know anyone that got a problem based only on his skin color or religion and i really doubt such people exist, aside for some minority group. Now problem might appear when people feel like they are minority in their own country, city. Say when people are surrounded with foreigners only, that dont speak Serbian and dont fit in any other way. But i would not call that racism, its just people wanna be surrounded by mostly "domestic people". I really dont care if who i am surrounded with, yet lots of people do, so i think Governments in general should pay attention to not to mix people too much, cause that might be problematic in a way.
Unlike many others i dont think governments even “think” of reducing racism. You know, in today’s world and in all the histories, every country wanted to fight for themselves, not to help the others. Its even less right now. The help is just the part of the whole dirty policy. Well, what if i say, racism is very positive for big countries?

They had come to believe that being black equals slavery. For an imperialist state, racism is very high. This is racism. Racism is just a tool. A tool to make murder easier. Also, racism prevents certain people from ever reaching power, and absolute power remains in the hands of a group of people. For example, Indians, a class that has advanced a lot in various sciences and can become powerful, but racism is one of thousands of unnatural obstacles created by global powers facing them.
It can also be viewed from this perspective that racism defines part of the existence of nationalism - which is not a bad thing.
Another type of racism that is very common in Iran is racism between residents of cities and provinces. Iran is a very unified country, but these racisms cause the unity of the nation to decrease and Iran does not come to power, and at the same time it is easy to destroy it.
Another example in Iran is racism against turbaned Arabs, which includes our leader. If you ask anyone on the street who the mullah is, they will definitely curse 5 times, if not, I will give you $500.
This racism was also an American plan, the small and large riots that occurred in Iran in 2021 caused many things. Most importantly, it created a powerful tool for America. The connection between the people and the government became very low. This project failed, but with the media control that America has over us, it can do anything...

Wearing Indian clothes on the street as a woman : people will definitely look at you differently, not neutrally different, but negatively different. On a dating app, if you wear your country's local makeup (Asian or African), (I don't think these examples will make a difference for those living in Europe) how unlikely is it that someone will message you? Put on Kurdish clothes and stand in front of the mirror, how do you feel about yourself? ...
So you either want to be American or you have to be American. It's the same with all other cultures, modern culture is dominant right now. Racism, as I said, has helped modernity grow.
so, no company no Global institution is going to help you, racism is their benefits. And also, freedom-wanting festivals dont even help 0%, in my opinion. Do something real, if you convince one single person to stop being racist or if not be a better person, you have done your mission is a human being.
