    Hello there, my name is Ronja, but people call me Oni.😊

    As a matter of fact, I can talk endlessly about European history, especially the medieval and early modern period. I volunteer at a museum, where I offer guided tours, and am part of the German reenactment scene.
    However, I also consider myself skilled in parts of psychology, philosophy and literature. If I had to name my three passions, it's them.

  • 我对……感到兴奋

    I'm really interested in literature! I love reading and couldn't survive without my books.
    Nevertheless, what's exciting me right now is sabre fencing and HEMA in general, which I started about half a year ago.

  • 我曾去过的国家和城市

    Sadly, I can't say that I've travelled the world. When I was six years old I had a fantastic holiday in Greece. Several times I also visited Norway and Italy. My family lives all over Europe, but I never really met them in real life, which is quite unfortunate.

  • 在国外居住一年

    Well yeah, my plans in that regard always fell short due to the pandemic and financial reasons. However, I do have plans for next year, though I better not say anything about it or else I'll jinx it!

  • 个人挑战

    For one, getting into university. I am currently studying psychology, which was not that difficult to obtain, but for reasons unknown to me, I was utterly stressed by the process of selection. Maybe it is because I'm the first to go to university in my family?

  • 最喜欢的书籍/作者/电影

    Now let's get into this... 🤭

    Of course the classics: Good old Shakespeare (Hamlet, Macbeth, Richard the III... ) and my dear Dostojewski (Crime and Punishment, The Idiot, Brothers Karamasov...), as well as a more modern Ferdinand von Schirach and some Greek tragedies.

    However, the fantasy genre didn't leave me cold, so of naturally there's Tolkien. And I mean all of it: Books, the film trilogy (extended, you guessed it), as well as the Simarillon, Children of Hurin, and so on.

    What concerns films and shows:
    - some Anime (AoT and Berserk are the best).
    - a little Game of Thrones can't hurt 😁
    - casual Netflix binging
