    Hello there! For those who don't remember me, my previous username was LandRoverDiscovery2; I'll change it back as soon as I can.

    My name's Mare, I joined penpal gate 23/5/2023 aged 15 to find friends and practice on foreign languages. I have a Dutch nationality, as both my parents are Dutch, but I do not feel Dutch. I am born in the Cantal, France, on a farm my parents were running. We've sold the farm in 2015, and since then we haven't had a permanent place to live. That doesn't mean we haven't had any house, oh no! In contrary: we've had a lot of houses on our disposition. We even still own a house in Portugal, but we don't come there anymore as often as we would want to. My family and I are now busy starting up a farming bussiness, and find a permanent living place. Altough I can't say that's really what I want: I quite much enjoy traveling around, having no place to live other than a van. I very much enjoy learning foreign languages, and my language skills added may be a bit optimistic, but we'll see how that turns out ; )
    I enjoy doing honestly nothing, watching movies and series, listening to music, playing the guitar, skiing, car driving, photography, learning foreign languages.

    🇨🇵France, my birth country, a country with quallity food, simple marketing and inough land on your disposision for not too much money. 🇪🇸Spain, beautyful language, beautyful nature, not so much quallity food, not that much land on your disposision for a good price. 🇹🇩Romania, beautyful language, beautyful culture. A whole lot of much-used roads out there are still unasfaltated, a whole lot of Romanians still drive around with horse and wagon as only vehicle, the police is (was atleast) gentle, and the Romanians have a beautyful way of decorating their house and gates. What as well keeps me having great memories of Romania, is that we listend a lot to The Great Big Sea. 🇵🇹Portugal, very sweet people; we also still own a house there. 🇧🇬Bulgaria, friendly people, inough land is nearly impossible to get there. 🇧🇦Bosnia, strange people, who can seriously look at you like you're a monkey, without even saying "hello", for the rest Bosnia does have beautyful nature. 🇸🇰Serbia, only been there one day to change the front vehicle if our van. 🇸🇮Slovenia, only drove trough. 🇮🇹Italy, they got food of good quallity: their pizza and icecream is trully delicious. For the rest it was amazing to see nearly daily a big line of Ferrari's and Lamborghini's here and there. 🇭🇷Croatia... you don't wa t to hear my opinion about this country. 🇦🇹Austria, been there long time ago on a boat trip with friends from Prague, Czechia. 🇨🇿Czechia, I don't remember much from this country, but what I do remember is the great time we've spent with friends in Prague! 🇩🇪Germany, too long ago. 🇱🇺Luxembourgh, only drove trough, long time ago. 🇧🇪Belgium, same as Luxembourgh. 🇳🇱Netherlands, the best I remember from this country is where my grandmother lived, in Rosmalen. She had the first house of the Rossinilaan. Sadly she passed away years ago, and her house has been sold, and in my opinion, transformed into an ugly building. 🇸🇪Sweden, can't remember much. 🇩🇰Denmark, can't remember much.
