• As a child, I wish...

  To become a chef, and i did. Not straight away.. i worked as a nurse for 3 years. Had a lot of fun and love for the job, but i still wanted to cook. So when i had the opportunity i went back to school, en became a chef. No regrets what so all.

• 10 years from now

  I'd hope to still be a family, with two children. happy. I hope we've bought our dreamhouse, and i've made some promotion on the job. Besides these things i hope i am more educated. Still open to learn new things. And travel(ed) a lott, so i can see different countrys and cultures
