    I am in a fixed relationship and therefore I do not search for an intimate or romantic relationship.

    I have a background in Romance languages as well and understand French ( I am also reading books in French), but my active usage of French has faded away. The same is true for Spanish and Italian in a slightly more dimished way,

    Dit is so jammer dat vandag nie meer baie mense Afrikaans kan praat of verstaan nie. Ek het 'n bietjie Afrikaans aan die Universiteit in Wene geleer en is beïndruk met die taal. Ek kom beter daarmee klaar as met Nederlands!

    I am especially interested in the United States. I majored in American English at Mainz University in Central Germany and have since travelled regularily to the United States, especially the East Coast and mid-western states, like Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, Minnesota.
    My interest go beyond the US, though, I had very good experiences with people from France, Russia, Poland, UK.
