  Thankfully , I have no regrets in my life . It's been quite an eventful one in the past and though I've settled down now I still remember the life and experiences I've lived with joy and pleasure.

  I have had the opportunity to stay in a number of places for a year or more. One country I'd love to spend at least a year in , is Japan .

  I really don't think there's much that's uncommon about me. I like being a commoner - a common and average human being.

  Many bonds of love and affection connect us. My father isn't alive anymore but he remains very much alive in my heart.

  I generally like and trust and believe in the human species and their essentially positive potential.

  Separation from the Source of All Being . We all need to remain connected to it.

• Improving the school system

  The kids first school is the home and I believe that all improvements must begin there. The newborn child must find security and love and the growing child, all his life , find his/her anchor and homely support. Such children benefit much better from the existing school systems in due course .

• A trick or piece of advice

  Take time out every day to be silent and looking within yourself

• Over or underrated

  I've never thought of most things along 'over' or 'under' parameters. It's more interesting to try and see things in a multi-faceted way .
