• My interests in other cultures

  I love other cultures! I want to know as much about as many cultures in the world as possible. I also love learning languages and learning the culture of your target language is very important too.

• Cities and countries I have visited

  I've not been to many places in my life so far but I hope to travel more when I get older! I went to Majorca in Spain once when I was 2 years old, I went to France when I was 6 (My French has drastically improved since then!) I went to Greece when I was 11, and more recently, I've been really lucky to go to France twice for my education as well as another family holiday do Greece. That's it really as far as foreign countries I've visited. In terms of countries inside the UK that I've visited, I've only ever been to England and Wales. I am Welsh, and I live on the Welsh border, but I study in England.

  I love languages and language learning! I want to learn as many as possible, but I'm also not so bad at flying aeroplanes!

• My proudest accomplishments

  My proudest accomplishment is learning all the languages that I have. Whilst I'm not perfect in any, I do try to learn and improve every day! It's a very rewarding feeling when you've learnt a language that you previously had no knowledge of and now can understand and even form complete sentences!

  The last thing I learnt (In terms of languages) is Ukrainian (obviously I'm still working on it) Привіт друзі!

• Personal skills

  People often say that I'm a very good linguist, because I can learn lots of languages quite quickly if I put my mind to it

• Living abroad for one year

  France. Definitely France. Mostly because I speak the language 😂 but also because it's an awesome country, especially outside the cities and into the countryside. In fact, I'm currently planning a trip sometime next year to go away to the french countryside for a month with my friend to practice French. Germany would also be awesome, as I have family ties there, and I think it's super cool, however I've never visited, so I'm not sure what it's like 😂

• A personal challenge

  Apprendre et devenir courant en français. En ce moment, je suis au niveau B1, mais je voudrais devenir B2/C1. C'était très dur, et il y avait beaucoup de défis sur la voyage. Mais j'ai travaille beaucoup, et maintenant je peux avoir un conversation avec un francophone. Je fais toujours des erreurs, mais j'utilise toujours les erreurs d'apprendre les nouveaux choses.
