I'm a 23-year-old female, and I live in Haikou, China .

I speak Chinese (Mandarin), some English, and a tiny bit of French.

• I always enjoy talking about...

  I am interest in 17-19c French history, especially the French Revolution, I would prefer to stand with The Mountain. I can basic grasp of the context of Chinese history, know more about the Northern Song Dynasty, Wang Anshi's reforms.
  I also have some concerns about the international situation.

• Favourite books/authors/films

  Three bodys, A Dream in Red Mansions, Lord of the Rings, the Great Gatsby, 1984, La Peste, Les Miserables and so on.I love some unconventional, illiberal and contradictory roles.They are charming for me, especially when they're struggling and became destroyed.(Just like Feanor! He did something wrong but he is soooo crazy and imaginative! )

• Something to tell the world!

  I love the world! I love living souls and colliding ideas, interact with different people, finding myself in daily dialogues.

• My interests in other cultures

  Recently I read some books about Age of Enlightenment. Voltaire is a brilliant jokes teller! Candide made me laugh all the time. His correspondences with Frederick the Great are also interesting.
  Now I am teaching myself French, that's all to blame Voltaire!

• I'm an expert at...

  I major in Economic Statistics and have some ideas about the economy and society.
  When I was in high school, I do well in history, Chinese, geography and math.
  I can swim very well.
  I am a master of entertain myself and telling the jokes.

• My feeling about the future

  I want to pass my exam and go to graduate school, apply for the West Project and teach students volunteerly in poorer areas in the west of China. If it is possible I will try to find a job in Africa. I know nothing about the world never get chance abroad so I hope I could stay at a foreign region for at least three months. I plan to learn French to English level in three or five years so I can read some French studies and novels. Before graduate I will travel with my lovely roomates and play piano as accompaniment in our graduation video.
