  • I'm excited about...

Meeting folks from other countries is a fun thing to do!

  • I always enjoy talking about...

I enjoy talking about the supernatural as it relates to good and evil. I state this up front so that all potential penpals are aware of this. But unless a penpal wants to broach the subject and ask questions, I do not mention it in conversation, as it is a very personal subject. But I wholeheartedly encourage you to delve into your own spiritual nature and not neglect your soul!

  • I feel concerned about...

I am concerned that so many people are unaware of the fact that their souls are of great worth and are an important component of their existence.

  • Cities and countries I have visited

I have visited many states and cities in the US but only one foreign country, which was Quito, Ecuador. Oh, and Mexico also.

  • My proudest accomplishments

I am very proud to have raised a godly son who is married and given me a grandchild before I was 70! 😀 Of course, my godly husband had a part in that!

  • My interests in other cultures

All cultures are interesting! But I am especially interested in Israel because of its role in the biblical narrative. And I have discovered that I love to chat with Chinese people. They are always so sweet and courteous.

  • I'm an expert at...

I don’t think I am an expert at anything. ☺️

  • A personal challenge

The hardest thing I have ever done is to watch loved ones die. However, I am comforted by God’s supernatural peace and promises.

  • Favourite books/authors/films

I love God’s Word, first and foremost. I also enjoy books on apologetics and biblical prophecy.

  • Living abroad for one year

I would probably live in Israel for an extended amount of time.

  • Making the world a better place

If everyone lived in the light of God’s plan, the world would definitely be a better place.

  • Something to tell the world!

God is real and is still totally in control of His plan, and although chaos is rampant here on earth—as was prophesied about in the Bible—His kingdom is near. Seek the Lord while He may be found! I would enjoy sharing the Good News with anyone interested in hearing.

That was a lot of questions to fill out for this profile! I doubt very many actually read a whole profile! 😆 But, who knows? Peace!

  • Personal skills

Can’t say that I have skills that most people don’t! However, I am comfortable speaking to people with learning difficulties, though, which is challenging to many people.

  • Childhood pleasures

As a child I loved playing outside. Finding Texas Horned Toads (lizards) was a fun adventure. I even took one to “show and tell” time at school!

  • I recently learnt...

Hmmm…I learned about Paraguay from a penpal. And I hope I keep learning! Penpals can help me with that!

  • 10 years from now

At age 68 and in light of already-fulfilled biblical prophecy, it’s an intriguing question as to where I’ll be!

  • Something uncommon about me

    We are ALL unique!

  • It was better before

Less exposure to bad influences was a gift that is almost impossible to experience now with the level of technology that we have currently.

  • It is better now

More opportunity to learn through our current technology is wonderful. Unfortunately there are downsides to having that very technology.

  • I wish people knew more about...

God’s existence and His plan for your life here on earth and in eternity.

  • As a child, I wish...

I think God was in control of every occurrence in my life. I wouldn’t change anything, but wish I had been more cognizant of His presence at times.

  • A career without obstacles

I would have studied more about personal computers, had I had one early on. I didn’t touch a keyboard until I was in my 40’s! 😆

  • My parents and me

Not much of a difference, I suppose.

  • My feeling about the future

I am totally optimistic that the fulfillment of God’s plan for humanity is on the horizon. For those whose names are written in the “Lamb’s Book of Life” the future should be something to look forward to!

  • My opinion on human nature

The Bible tells us all about ourselves in a very revealing (and loving) manner. And watching a typical two-year-old solidifies that revelation. 😌

  • A trick or piece of advice

My greatest advice would be to seek peace through a relationship with God through belief in His Son Jesus. No trick to it! It’s a gift!

  • Life regrets

    Nothing monumental!

  • Improving the school system

Nothing will improve the public (government) school system here in the US apart from allowing God to be there! I don’t know about schools in other countries.

  • Over or underrated

Wealth and fame are overrated because they don’t help your soul find fulfillment.
