  • Something to tell the world!

    Hi Hallo Bonjour Cześć Elaba!

    My name is Louise but most people call me Lou or Loulou. I don't like my real name so therefore most people don't call me it. I always seem to give a bad description of myself so feel free to get in contact, I don't really describe myself well.

    I live in Romsey, Hampshire. It is in the South East part of England. I moved back to Hampshire in January due to my dad passing away from cancer. I now live with my brother in a flat with my black cat Smudge. I have a partner who I'm very happy with. I'm on here because I want to make some new friends all over the world! I work as a Care & Support Worker for older people. It is independent living so very different from a residential home. I have four piercings - they're my belly button, my earlobes x2 and the top of my ear. I also have a tattoo on the back of my neck which is a wolf cub howling at the moon. I want another tattoo but I'm too scared to get another one haha. I like tattoo's and piercings but I somehow don't think I'll be getting any more myself! I am shy when I first talk to people I don't know. I don't do well with starting new conversations either, I just don't know what to type! I'm quite sensitive but I'm very friendly too. I'll talk to anyone and everyone as long as they don't offend me or talk sexually to me. I can be sarcastic as well but I also know when to be serious.

    I am on here looking for some snail mail penpals. I love to write long chatty handwritten letters. I am a huge fan of cute paper and stickers so someone who likes that as well would be nice.

  • A career without obstacles

    I am already doing what I wanted to do and that was support work. I am a care & support worker for older people who can still live independently and I absolutely love my job! If I could have any other job alongside this one or instead of this one then it would be a photographer. I'm very much into photography and would love to become either professional/semi-professional one day!

  • A trick or piece of advice

    To keep going. No matter what you're going through or how hard your life is right now, just keep going. I have been through a lot this year already and I am still going. I have found that positivity has helped me a lot!

  • Life regrets

    Probably trusting too many people who I thought wouldn't betray me. Possibly putting too much faith in one person to have them leave me when things got tough. Also not really giving more during my school years, if I could go back to that age/time in my life then I'd do all over again and properly this time.

  • Childhood pleasures

    Not having any responsibilities I suppose? That was a relief to not have to worry about money or whether I am going to wake up for work in the morning. I liked the holiday's that we tried to go on every year as well, we always had a great time away when we went.

  • I recently learnt...

    The last thing I learnt? That it's ok to feel sad and it's ok to feel like you need some extra support. It's also ok to get rid of people that are toxic to you as well.

  • Personal skills

    I am very patient and very friendly, I give a lot of support to my friends and family. I will not give up on you even when things get tough or other circumstances get in the way. I'm always willing to listen.

  • My proudest accomplishments

    Still continuing to live my life after my dad passed away in November 2017 and I had to take over guardianship of my brother who is 16 years old. It was not easy and I still haven't figured everything out but the main part is that I'm still trying!
