  • Meine größte Errungenschaft

Looking back at everything I’ve juggled lately, I’m honestly so proud of how far I’ve come, especially with my induction into the National Honor Society on March 19, 2026—it felt like such a huge validation of all the late nights! 🎖️ I’m also pretty hyped about being formally classified as AIG in Mathematics 🔢 and finally conquering the Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate certification; it actually took me four tries to get that 812 score, but I refused to give up, and that grit is something I really value in myself. 💻 On the creative and tech side, one of my absolute peak moments was competing in the AI Solve-A-Thon, where my team (the "Byrd Brains" 🧠) took home 3rd place for "The Jade Book," an app we built to help the unhoused community find resources. 🥉

Beyond the awards, I’m really proud of the impact I’m making as a Senior Tutor on Schoolhouse.world for Reading and Writing, and helping out locally with NC Math tutoring—it’s so rewarding to see that "lightbulb" moment for other students! 💡 I’ve also been pouring my heart into developing the Magister Butler Method™ (MBM™), my own pedagogical framework designed to fix the "Factory Model" of education by teaching kids about real-world stressors like inflation and financial literacy through Class Credits. 🏫 Even though I’m a total introvert and a "nerd" who loves Latin and the space-time continuum 🌌, I’ve managed to put myself out there by starting my own Education Advocacy page on Instagram (@magister_butler) to support quality education for everyone. 🦋 It hasn't always been easy, but I truly live by my own quote: "Let the storm go, or you will drown in it," and seeing all these pieces of my life—from music (Trombone 🎶) to complex problem-solving in District C Teamship—come together makes me so excited for what’s next! ✨

P.S. If you got blocked, it means my friends did it to prank me or I accidentally did it and I usually don't notice it.

  • Mein Interesse an anderen Kulturen

I am honestly so fascinated by other cultures, and it’s a huge dream of mine to finally visit Europe one day—even though I have a pretty major fear of heights and flying! ✈️😱 I really want to explore places like Rome, Paris, and London because they are essentially the birthplace of Western civilization, the Renaissance, and the Industrial Revolution, which is so cool to think about. 🏛️🇬🇧 I’m super interested in learning more about the profound historical legacies and the rich cultural diversity that make those regions so unique. 🌍✨ Plus, I’ve always been drawn to iconic art and architecture, and I’d love to experience the high living standards and top-tier cuisine firsthand! 🎨🍝

Since I’m a total nerd for history and language, I actually chose to study Latin in high school because I love understanding the true origin of words and how they’ve shaped English. 📜🇮🇹 It drives me a little crazy when people use the wrong pronunciations for Classical Latin, so I’d love to see how those linguistic roots still influence European culture today! 🗣️🔍 I’m also deeply committed to United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #4: Quality Education, so I’m really curious to learn how different cultures approach schooling and how they are working to ensure inclusive, equitable learning for everyone by 2030. 🏫📚 Even though I’m a total introvert who finds it easier to connect with people online, I think there is something so beautiful about the way different societies value history and the arts, and I want to soak up all that knowledge to help me become the best educator possible! 🦋🌟
