  More occupational training and advice, plus life skills such as cooking, cleaning and looking after your money. Debt should be avoided if possible. University and long term debt isn’t the answer.

  Be a giver and don’t wait for people to give to you first. If you do this then you should find that the people in your life will give back to you the things that you need. If they don’t, perhaps you are going to feel taken for granted and resentment, and that’s negative for your health and happiness.
