  • Something to tell the world!

    Hello I am Julia and i live in Hesse in Germany 🙂 I am here to meet new people and maybe become friends. Above all I am searching for a pen friend, with whom I can write letters (preferably in german/french/english).
    Hopefully Covid-19 won't destroy my plans for 2021, because I'd love to travel around Europe. I wanted to travel this year after my Abitur but bc of Covid I couldn't..

    I would love to find a penpal for exchanging letters! No matter where you are from!

    ART
    fr I love everything about it.. If you have a special aesthetic or clothing style, I'd love if you show it to me!
    I've also been involved in an art project by my art teacher called ''Aufwall'', which stands for something like a surge. I helped her building a room installation, which included a 3 meter high wave out of wood from old laminate floor.

    In school I have been in an advanced art class and we had lots of projects like
    -a Performance Art project called ''IMAGO''
    -a photography project called ''Brotzeit'' (yes it really was about bread)
    -an architecture project

    And we have been to the Biennale in Venice in 2019! I cannot express it in words, how much I enjoyed it there.. would recommend 10/10

  • Living abroad for one year

    I would love to do a year abroad! Currently I’m doing a voluntary social year.
    Atfer my VSY I want to travel a while and then make a cultural year (abroad probably)
    There are serveral options to think about a year abroud when discussing a year abroad and I‘d love to hear your experiences and ideas, tips (...) about a year abroad, so feel free to text me 🙂

  • Cities and countries I have visited

    I‘ve seen quite a lot of the world. Last year was probably my „most intensive journey year“.
    But first of all, I want to highlight my journey from 2016: A Student Exchange with Chinese Students
    It went on for two weeks and was a wonderful and interesting experience.

    Moreover last year I‘ve been in Venice at the Biennale ( a big art exhibition), in Luxembourg, Valencia and several other cities like Verdun in France with my grade and Umag in Croatia with my family.
    My family and I drive each year to Croatia and enjoy our time at the beach 🙂

    Anime!

    I''m currently watching Haikyuu!!! , HunterxHunter, My Hero Academia and Free! My favorite Anime is definitely Noragami hehe

    I am open for recommendations!! and for chats about Anime!

    I've also watched: Kakegurui, The Seven Deadly Sins, Erased and nearly every Studio Ghibli movie 🙂

  • My proudest accomplishments

    I shaved my head in winter 2019, as sort of a statement (because nobody needs hair in general) and as a feminist statement.

  • Childhood pleasures

    Probably watching TV shows like Avatar, eating ice cream and “Naschtüten” after my swimming lessons.
