  • Something to tell the world!

Hi! My name is Aldred Bellamy, but you can call me Al 🙂.
I’m a sixteen year old greysexual (mayyybe poly??), trans-demiboy and I go by he/they pronouns; I don’t mind which of those two you use.
I’m Hispanic and live in London. I’m starting college next year and, depending on what school I get into, I’ll studying some of the following:
graphic design, biology, politics, film studies and/or classical civilisations.
I’m a Hellenic Wiccan, and I practice Magick, mainly kitchen and green witchcrafts, or hearth witchcraft.
I really want a penpal because I’ve been madly getting into dark academia and dark cottagecore and it’s really inspired me to get writing letters, and would love to meet some new people from around the globe and learn about new cultures since that’s one of my favourite things to do. So don’t be afraid to reach out to me, I don’t bite!

  • I feel concerned about...

    The environment.
I’m attempting to live a completely zero waste life, no single use plastics, taking my own containers to takeaways, I’m also a vegan because of how much of the rainforests have been cut down for meat farming which is obscenely gross.
It’s sad that the older generation has left us with so much to fix and so little time, but we can all be the change we want to see in the world.

(Btw, bc of this please excuse my excessive use of homemade recycled paper lmao)

  • Cities and countries I have visited

I was born in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 so yes, I’m Hispanic. I moved to Madrid at about 7 years old and then to London a year later. Since then I’ve been to many places in Spain, visiting various family members from my Spanish side, a few other English cities and of course been to Santo Domingo where the rest of my family is and the country side.
I have also been to Berlin which is by far the most BEAUTIFUL place I’ve been too, and that’s a lot coming from someone who doesn’t like the city!!

  • Favourite books/authors/films

I’ve really gotten into the Harry Potter books, worst timing because just as I closed POA, I heard the news of JKR’s terf tweets... being trans that was a really huge moment for me! Leave something that finally gave me some comfort to refuse to support such gross views, or read the books any way?
Right now I’m trying to read them from my school library or buy them second hard. I haven’t watched any of the movies and I don’t plan to tbh!

I also love all the studio Ghibli movies (except that 3D on ether tried to make, I didn’t watch it, but I saw a review of it on YouTube and... no.)

As for shows, I’m currently watching The 90’s Moomins, because I was late to a childhood so... gotta make up with a fake cottagecore one lmao.
I have also watched Voltron and all the older Eddsworld eddisodes, tho not any of the new ones. I don’t really watch many shows because my ADHD is really bad sometimes and I’ll get into one show, then try to start another because it also catches my eye and by the time I realise I’m completely worn out, having a meltdown because I’m watching to many things at the same time (sometimes literally), so I usually stray away from them, though I’m getting better now.

  • Improving the school system

    Real. Life. Skills.
I’m talking about how to pay bills, wash dishes or clothes or a car, open a small business or even apply for a job and write a CV (or Resume if you’re across the pond). You know all the stuff we need to know before we Adult and our parent no longer do any of that for us.
Oh and how to cook something other than package mac’n’cheese (or cheeze for my fellow vegans)
Also, maybe some social skills because I’m worried for my generation to be totally fair.

  • Living abroad for one year

The countryside in Germany somewhere. I’d love to connect to Mother Nature for as long as I can, something that’s nearly impossible in my big, bustling city.
