friendship penpa from UK or USA

Hi!
My name's Cedric and I live in France. I'm looking for a friendship penpal to improve my english. I love this language and I want to learn more about this culture. I hope I can come in UK or USA someday.
I'm looking for a friendship penpal who is about 14-19 years old.
I hope to have an answer very soon!
