Help me to improve my English (Speaking/Listening) English

Hello guys. I'm Amir 23. I'm Iranian and I hate Iranian guys, so I'm alone I need some friends, But my English is bad. I just started to read "Basic grammar in use by Raymond Murphy" but I can't speak yet. I need you guys, if anybody can help me do it please.
