I would like to discuss and receive advice about your favorite books and movies.

My favourite book is: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory(brilliant and fantastic)

My favourite movie is: The Green Book(the most emotional)

My favourite book is Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy who also happens to be my favourite author.

Movie is a tough one. Today I'll say - There Will Be Blood.

Blood Meridian is a masterpiece set between Texas and Mexico, isn't it?

It is indeed. There's a fair bit of Spanish throughout with little indication as to what's actually being said if the reader doesn't know Spanish. But with Blood Meridian that's the least of people's worries XD

ahaha is right! one more reason to read it even if it’s not quite romantic! 🙂

My favorite book is "Anabasis - March of the Ten Thousand" by Xenophon. I still don't understand how on the earth it is missed out by movie producers. Maybe someday in close future.

My favorite movie is "The Shawshank Redemption."

I read Conn Iggulden's novel on Xenophon recently. They don't make them like that any more.
