what do u think are the best ways to improve spoken english, what topics or methods do u use to make your penpals improve it?

from my point of view ,the best way to learn it is speaking loudly and loudly,listening to the tape more and more ,and recite many articles ,the more the better ,and the last is to know how to use it.

I have a russian email pal, she speak's good english but wants to learn more so she ask's me to correct her mistakes or type it how i would say it. This way she learns from someone who is actually English.
