Is Anyone Still Interested in Old-Fashioned Letters? English

Hi everyone 🙂

I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of traditional letter-writing, and I’d love to connect with people who feels the same way. There's something so exciting about receiving a handwritten letter, learning about someone’s life, and sharing your own stories in this timeless way.

I’ve tried reaching out via messages, but it seems like many people aren’t interested in this old-fashioned method anymore. Still, I believe there must be someone out there who enjoys the charm of letters as much as I do! 🙂

If you’re interested in exchanging letters, learning about new cultures, and forming a meaningful connection, I’d be thrilled to hear from you. Let’s bring this beautiful tradition back to life together! <3

Feel free to contact me if you’d like to start a correspondence. I can’t wait to hear from you!

Looking forward to this journey!

I am interested in writing letters. I am from Belgium. I think when you write letters to someone, that person puts their heart and soul into that letter. I find writing online impersonal.

I have written hand written letters in the past, but you need an (emotional) distance from it, because as you know the fact you could easily communicate fast on social media while waiting for an answer can destroy a penfriendship pretty fast.

In earlier times (decades) you haven´t had that problem, because it wasn´t available. I think thats why it became so seldom nowadays.

I had an exciting penfriendship in the 2010s and I miss my former penfriend somehow.
