MY PROFILE NOTE GLITCH

Hi I am having difficulty to add a note to my profile page . I don't know if its because I'm using my bb on this site but its annoying not being able to describe myself and interest as I've seen on others. Please help asap !!!!! Major problem when I click my trackball to the note area the cursor does not appear and I can't type I selected font still nothing and I know its not my phone because I can still do everything else

The fact you're using a mobile device might not help. What's your phone model? Have you tried using a desktop/laptop computer?
