For some unknown reason.. my Pen Pal Gate Always shows the same people as currently online, even though they are not most of the time, and it never renews!! Did anyone faced that already???

Hello, the list doesn't update in real time: it may take approximately 2 to 30 minutes to update depending on a bunch of parameters, including your age.
