It says if you sign up 3 regular members then you get access to VIP but I didn't. Does it take time?

I think you need to sign up 3 VIP memebers to get your VIP access .... I'm not sure about that either

Hi, haven't signed up anyone. Signing up means having people register an account, not just sending out 3 invitations.
