Picture Does Not Appear In Chat Via Iphone

Hello! I have problems with the chat, my profile does not appear on the right when I am on iphone. How can I appear?

Are you still able to chat? Or is it just the line to your profile that does not appear?
I don't own an iPhone so I cannot test the chat 🙁
