Where is my inbox with my past messages? Since I didn't see it, I tried searching, hoping it would trigger its location once I posted. Did no good!! Pushed ahead and landed on the search page with suggested range 13 to 100 with no way to edit. Got a warning that I was searching for ages??

Hello, I suspect your browser is failing to properly render your conversations (and perhaps the search form as well).
1. when did you start having this issue?
2. have you tried another browser or device?
3. did you disable Javascript or tweak your browser to have very strict privacy/security settings?
4. would you mind sharing a screenshot of what your issue looks like? (if it contains no personal information)

a) This is the first time this has happened and I will make sure to send you a screenshot the next time it happens.
b) I am on a desktop and I did do ALL you suggested.
c) Another thing that has occurred only ONCE before is the appearance of the log in page. Usually it is just a small box. Yesterday it was spread right across the page.

These 3 issues you are reporting most likely point to a single general rendering problem. I'm not aware of other people experiencing this
