Disappearing environment of messages

Whenever I am in the message box trying to type something or even read a message, suddenly the whole page goes empty. It happens on Chrome on both cell phone and laptop.

Please help me with this problem. What should I do?

Can you consistently reproduce the problem? Can you pinpoint when exactly this happens? Does it always occur on the same conversation or different ones? Are you on mobile or desktop? Have you tried on another browser/device?

Yes, it always happens. And happens on different chats. I use this website on my cell phone and laptop.
