Cancellazione messaggi

Qualcuno mi sa spiegare come si cancellano i messaggi ? io ci ho provato ma non riesco

On PC: hover your mouse over your message to show the trash icon

On mobile: tap your message to show the trash icon

You can only delete your own messages.

Avevo già provato a fare così ma me ne cancella solo 1 poi se provo un altra volta mi dice errore

Ho provato sia dal telefono che dal cellulare ma non cambia
