Today I logged in to PPG, and I encountered a network error and a button
blog appeared on the interface. I clicked in and took a look, wow! I
wanted to switch to Chinese and ended up on an Indian homepage. It's
weird
Hmm I'm not sure how you got there, but my guess is that some kind of technical error occurred and you mistakenly got redirected to the "undefined" page which is a generic error message. It turns out somebody from India had registered an account with the username "undefined" so it's just a coincidence you landed on their page.
