Currently, anyone can see who you're friends with or who liked your profile.
Suggested improvement: only show mutual friends, and keep likes visible to the recipient only. Counts would still be public.

I think it's better to leave it as it is now. When you check somebody's friend list you can get an impression about his or her intentions. Same with the likes. For example, there are some adult males here who have only or almost only female friends and some of their friends are minors. They also give likes to underaged girls. So, it's better that we can identify those creeps and warn minors. Teenagers can be easily manipulated because of their young age and because those creeps are specialists in deceiving just to gain their goal.
I agree with @Fleurke that it's weird when people like your profile or send you friend request without any contact before.
