Hahah... Listen to The Vindictives "Apt #2," That's about Ben. At the time, Ben and Sasha lived in a second floor apartment in a building owned by Joey Vindictive's parents, Joey and his wife and kids lived on the third floor, and Joey's parents lived on the first.

Ben didn't have kids at the time, and apparently Joey's kids drove him almost insane with all the noise they were making. If I also remember correctly, the noise was partially very intentional, as Joey and Ben had some kind of falling out, and Joey was trying to fuck with him as well as get him to move.
