It would be helpful to know what is understood as “best”. If you mean most artistic, I understand your honorary mention of capoeira. If you mean effective, it would be more realistic to swap capoeira with any choice from a broad range of full contact options. The most effective - by far - is Brazilian MMA (Jiu Jitsu/Vale Tudo). I have been practicing several martial arts (including 8+ years of muay thai) in The Netherlands. Also had some training in MMA. Brazilian MMA is the best of both worlds (both standing up and seeking a submission on the ground).
Savi is right, there are countless aspects to consider if you're looking for the best martial art.
As for me, tradional karate is the best, even though there might be more effective or artistic ones. So it's very subjective and depends a lot on which aspect you're looking for

Which style of karate are you referring to? Kyokushin? Shotokan? Other? Personally, I would favour the first.
My hero in m.m.a- chabib noermagomedov😁🥰🙏
One of my favourites used to be Igor Vovchanchyn - not necessarily for his “elegant” fighting style.

I don't know too much about Kyokushin. My passion is Go-Ju. The balance of hard and soft in every aspect is just pure perfection to me
