Why is the Italian national football team poor today, despite having won 4 World Cups ?

You cant even compare this italy with the old one....

All legends was in italy , in its prime. And the coach, Spalletti messed up with Napoli at the end of the year, but i dont think the coach is really guilty about the performance.

And at all , football doesnt have enthusiast like past, i was too little, but i saw games in 2014, 2018, football was an art back then, but right now, it is just maths.
