i have some anxieties like speaking for a group. 😵💫😵💫 i try breathing exercise so you are more calm or chat with person from my class so you are distracted a little bit. 🙄
I hope that in PPG University we get a class about breathing exercises or maybe meditation!! 🧘♀️🧘♀️ We have more members in PPG who know a lot about it. Maybe that helps a lot for everybody with anxiety. 😊😊 ⭐
